This podcast is inspired by poetry and the human voice. It’s inspired by the roots of electronic music and the ways in which voice may intertwine with exploratory sound forms.

DMR (Deanna Radford) spent ten years as a programmer at CKUW FM in Winnipeg. She served on the programming committee belonging to Send + Receive: A Festival of Sound and was Executive Director of GroundSwell, a new music concert series. She is passionate about words, music and sound. She is a writer and poet and is Membership Services & Communications Coordinator at the Quebec Writers’ Federation. This is her first podcast on Traktion.
